RETURNS:
Please contact us prior to returning an item. Most items we sell are covered by the manufacturer warranty (see below). ALL returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange will be given. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if we are contacted within 14 days of purchase. Please follow these guidelines for return/exchange items:

• All items for refund must be in PERFECT condition, including tags ATTACHED!
• All items for exchange must be perfect if seeking new product, or defective if that is the claim
• Clothing & shoes must be UNWORN, and include all "extras", such as laces or special packaging
• Shipping charges will apply if items are an exchange
• You MUST contact us prior to returning an item to obtain an RA# (return authorization #)
• Any items without an RA will be refused & returned to you

SHIPPING:
SAND JAMM offers Priority shipping through the US Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge! NO TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PRIORITY ORDERS, OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! IF YOU NEED OR WANT TRACKING, YOU WILL HAVE TO UPGRADE TO EXPRESS MAIL...WHICH CAN BE VERY COSTLY!

Rates are determined by weight (and size if applicable). Priority shipping averages 3-5 days for delivery to you. We will email you with different deadlines for shipping, especially as the holidays get closer. Overnight/Express shipping is available! Contact us prior to placing an order if you need expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
SAND JAMM offers Global Priority shipping through the US postal service. Global Priority averages 5-10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the USA.

FREE SHIPPING:
SAND JAMM always offers free shipping for our gift cards!! All gift cards are sent first-class mail in a regular white envelope. We do offer expedited shipping for gift cards, at an additional cost to you, the customer. Please see the gift card page for details. SAND JAMM offers FREE SHIPPING at certain times throughout the year. Ground shipping will be used for orders that qualify for free shipping, unless contacted otherwise.
